Details for the Battle Contest
What is the battle contest? By creating the hottest battle in Rankaroo, you can win an iPod Nano.
1. Each Rankaroo member is eligible to participate. We will use the same email address you used to sign up with Rankaroo to notify you if you are a winner.
2. Creator of the hottest Battle over the 2 weeks period (from 1st of the month to 15th and from 16th to the end of each month) will be awarded with one iPod Nano.
3. The winner is determined by the size of the network (number of participants, i.e. unique login ids associated with the Battle) and the number of postings.
4. Point system is used to determine the winner. First winner must score at least 500 points.
5. The following is how points can be earned in order to win the contest. Each new member participating in a battle is worth 50 points and each of their postings is worth 1 point. The comments from the creator will not count. For subsequent two-week periods, the winner has to break all past records, by way of number of postings and network size. If there is no winner in the two-week period, a winner will be selected once there is a record breaker. Also, a contestant cannot win the prize more than once.
6. If no winner has emerged in a Competition cycle, the prize will be rolled over to the following cycle but the minimum requirements to win the contest shall prevail.
7. Contestants are able to view the top-10 performing Battles listed at Rankaroo website.
8. Allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.
